Return & Refund Policy

Return & refund application needs to be filed within 30 days from the delivered date.

We don’t support order cancellation before shipping.

We accept non-defective remorse returns but will not provide a prepaid shipping label. 

And you need to pay for the repacking & restocking fees 20% of order price.

If the item was delivered damaged or defective, you do not need to return them.

We don't offer warranties to retailers.

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority!   All new, unused items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. 

All items must be returned in new, unused condition with original box/packaging, including manufacturer tags, parts, and accessories. 

A RMA number must be obtained before returning your item. 

Orders returned without an approved RMA number will be rejected.

All returns will be for a refund.  Exchanges must be placed as a new order. 

A 15% restocking fee will apply for all non-defective merchandise. 

Shipping is non-refundable for non-defective returns. 

Buyer is responsible for return shipping for non-defective returns. 

A return label will be provided if determined damaged/defective/mis-shipped. 

Photos of the damage/defect/mis-shipment are required.

Delayed in transit/No tracking info.

If there is no update of the tracking info for more than 10 business days (from the time shipping label created in the logistics website): The order will be fully refunded within 3 business days of the refund request unless the retailer has requested a replacement. Note: this clause is not applicable for special time/periods such as holidays, covid-19, abnormal weather, or other abnormal situations.

Destroyed in transit

Returned to sender(except case: wrong shipping address left on orders)

If tracking shows the order returned to supplier’s  warehouse: The order will be fully refunded within 3 business days of the refund request unless the retailer has requested a replacement.

Delivered but not received

If the order shows delivered on logistic website but not received: If the delivered address is different from the shipping address left on the order and confirmed by the carrier it was delivered to the wrong address, the order will be fully refunded or replaced within 3 business days. If the delivered address is the same as the shipping address left on orders, and suppliers will only provide proof of delivery, the refund request will be denied.

Damaged or Broken, Stains/Minor scratch/Poor quality, etc., Not as described (size/color/style), Wrong item received, Missing Item/accessories

If the packages/goods ordered have issues (damaged/broken/stains/minor/scratch/poor quality/not as described/wrong item received, missing item etc.) , with valid proof provided The order will be either replaced or refunded and the supplier may request the product to be sent back. If the supplier requests the product returned, the product will either be replaced or refunded within 3 business days after product is returned. If the supplier does not request the product be returned, the product will be refunded within 3 business days of the refund request.
